Whether the classic Quiche Lorraine, vegetarian with vegetables or experimental with salmon or goat cheese, with the quiche mold from Zenker you bring your personal touch of France to the dining table. The quiche dish (Ø 28 cm) from the Special Countries series is made in Germany and heat-resistant up to 230 °C. The special Teflon Classic non-stick coating allows the hearty combination of cake and casserole to slide out of the mold without any problems. After use, you can easily clean the black mold by hand.
