**If some of the items you wish to order are out of stock, we offer you various options: you can wait until all items can be sent in one complete delivery or you can choose the partial delivery option. In this case, we will send you the items we have in stock straight away and all the others later on – either in one delivery or multiple separate deliveries.

Profile of the logistics centre in Willisau
The Competec Group, which includes BRACK.CH Business, operates its own ultra-modern logistics centre in Willisau in the canton of Lucerne. The modular complex provides a total area of approx. 75,000 square metres. The three automated small parts stores, known as AutoStore, form the heart of the facility. There, parts are stored away and then taken out of the warehouse by several hundred robots. A fourth facility of this kind is currently under construction. For the storage of medium-sized and large parts, there are two automated high-bay warehouses with space for a total of 40,000 pallets and 1300 cassettes, and a medium-sized parts store containing 97,000 trays. The facility also features conventional horizontal storage systems, incoming and outgoing goods areas, state-of-the-art conveying technology and automated packaging systems. The 600 employees at our logistics centre dedicate themselves day in, day out to ensure on-time deliveries – whether next business day or just in time.
