Information on collection, delivery, order cut-off times and shipping costs
Our promise of next-day delivery applies only to products that are in stock. Orders with a value below CHF 50.– are subject to shipping costs of CHF 9.– unless the parcel is collected from Mägenwil or Willisau. Customers who have special rates with us will be shown their adjusted shipping costs when placing their order.
We supply business customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Collection options with BRACK.CH Business
Collection from Mägenwil or Willisau
- Time of order: before 10:00, Monday to Friday
- Time of collection: from 16:00 the same day (Monday to Friday)
- Cost: none
If you place your order by 10:00 on a working day, the parcel will, from 16:00 that same day, be ready for collection from one of our collection offices in Mägenwil or Willisau. Please wait for notification before coming to the collection office.
Delivery options with BRACK.CH Business
Parcel delivery by post
- Time of order: by 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Time of delivery: next day (Monday to Friday)
- Cost: no charge for orders worth at least CHF 50.–
Orders placed by 17:00 on a working day will be delivered by post during the course of the following working day. If delivered to a MyPost24 or PickPost point, the parcel will remain available for collection for seven days.
Swiss-Express «Moon»
- Time of order: before 17:00, Monday to Friday
Time of delivery: from 7:00 to 9:00 the next day (Tuesday to Saturday)
- Cost: CHF 9.90
Place your order by 5 pm on a working day to receive it between 7:00 and 9:00 the next working day.
Saturday delivery
- Time of order: before 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Time of delivery: the following Saturday
- Cost: no charge for orders worth at least CHF 50.–
Orders placed at any time during the week up to 17:00 on a Friday will be delivered by post during the course of the following Saturday. If you miss your delivery, your order will be redelivered on the following Saturday (not on the next working day).
Kerbside delivery
- Time of order: by 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Time of delivery: possibly the next day (Monday to Friday)
- Cost: shipping costs of CHF 9.– if the value of the order is below CHF 50.–
When will an order be delivered via a haulage firm?
If any individual product weighs 30 kg or more, the total weight of the order exceeds 90 kg or the overall volume is more than 0.55 m3. Delivery will usually be made on the following working day. A phone number will be needed in case the haulage firm needs to contact you.
Delivery with additional services
- Time of order: by 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Time of delivery: by agreement
- Cost: delivery free of charge for orders worth at least CHF 50.–, plus the cost of the service advertised for the product.
Where products weighing at least 30 kg are ordered together with additional services (e.g. carrying items up to the relevant floor of the building or installing them), they will be delivered on pallets to the place of use. Please read the detailed description of the services advertised for the product in the shop.
Our logistics/service provider will contact you by SMS or e-mail within three working days to arrange a delivery time window. Delivery will not be possible on the next working day. A phone number, preferably a mobile, will be needed so that the haulage firm can notify you and liaise with you directly.
