In my work here, I deploy my skills and experience to inspire and delight our customers.

The Service Centre team takes care of the needs, requests and questions of our customers with a huge level of dedication and personal service. We deploy our specialist expertise to assist you and ensure that everything runs smoothly with your purchases. Ensuring a high level of satisfaction is hugely important to us.

I completed my basic education in the travel industry and continued on this path for many years. After completing further training, I switched to business travel (B2B) where I gained further experience in operational management, customer support, project management, ensuring service standards and the development of various processes. My professional career then brought me to Schoch Vögtli AG where I was responsible for the service centre and was able to contribute and advance my expertise. When the company was taken over, I assumed the same role at BRACK.CH Business and am delighted to be there for our customers day in, day out, alongside my team.
