A light lavender shade with a warm shimmer effect. 20 Free and Florium Complex. Londontown's 9-Free formula has been upgraded to 20 Free. Lacquers are free of substances of concern such as formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, dibutyl phthalate, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, colophony, silicones, acetone, benzene, xylenes, phthalates, butanone, Series E glycol ethers, hydroquinone, MEHQ, TPP, nonylphenol ethoxylate, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, bismuth oxychloride, CMR, synthetic fragrances. Application
